Found Dog - Updated

UPDATE - The dog and her owner have been reunited. Thanks to all who made it happen.

One of our neighbors found a dog in the neighborhood on Jan. 29. Here's the neighbor's message:

She is black with a white chest and white feet. She was wearing a pink collar with the letters "BO" on it. At the time she was found, she was wearing three collars: one pink with "BO," one choke chain, and one string of beads. She comes to the name BO. Very sweet, very skinny right now. Not sure how long she has been running. She is obviously well loved, and very well behaved. Hope to find her owner very soon.
