Residents!
Be Aware: We have had several residents mention some unsettling behavior from a young, blonde, woman canvassing the neighborhood, asking residents odd questions and conducting some very unsettling behaviors.
We urge you to contact the police immediately if you see anything out of the ordinary that you feel may pose a danger or a threat to you or your home.

Yes, this woman was vomiting in the street this afternoon, I went inside to call police and she ran away. Per my own conversations with her she seems to be mentally unstable, claims she is trying to get away from her father, and wanted to live in my garage. She is on Toledo around 23rd to 26th St. a lot. I have previously reported her to the police to see if they can get her some help but have not received any info to date.
