The dumpsters will be set at 22nd Pl & Richmond. They will arrive on Friday, July 3rd. On Monday, July 6th, they will be emptied and re-set and will be picked up on the 8th. Please do no overfill the dumpsters. If they are full over the weekend, come back on Monday when they will be re-set.
MMNA is only able to provide a dumpster each year because residents in the past have followed the City's rules and regulations. See below. If we do not, we will not be allowed a dumpster next year. The dumpsters are for MM residents, and not for businesses or cleaning out rental property.
Dumpster Rules
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF BY THE DUMPSTER OR IN NEIGHBORS' LAWNS. The City will not carry it away unless it is in the dumpster.
NO: whole trees or huge limbs or grass clippings.
NO: car parts, tires, major appliances,refrigerators, air conditioners, or other freon bearing appliances, toxic materials, buildings, parts of buildings,sheds, or roofing materials.
If you cannot bring your items or they do not match the dumpster requirements, call the City of Tulsa Bulky Waste department at 918-596-9777 and ask if your items can be picked up at your home. The charge is $5.00.
In other news.....the Med Express (going up on the east side of Walmart) will be open on July 8th.
